This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship for the original retail purchaser. Proof of purchase from Trinity Racing or an authorized Trinity Racing dealer is required.

Trinity Racing Exhaust Systems

Trinity Racing-manufactured exhaust systems are covered for 2 years from the original purchase date unless a different warranty is stated on the product page.

World’s Best Drive Belts

Qualifying Trinity Racing drive belts are covered for 1 year when used with the correct Trinity Racing clutch kit and installed, broken in, and operated according to the published instructions.

Electronics and Third-Party Products

Tuners, electronics, and products manufactured by another company are covered by the warranty stated on their product page or by the original manufacturer’s warranty.

Available Remedy

After inspection, Trinity Racing may repair the product, replace the defective component, replace the product, or refund the original product purchase price. Trinity Racing will determine the appropriate remedy based on the approved claim.

Tuning requirements vary by vehicle and exhaust system. Follow the requirement shown on the applicable product page and installation instructions.

• If a tune or fuel controller is listed as required, it must be installed before operating the vehicle.
• If tuning is listed as recommended, operating without a tuner does not automatically cancel the entire warranty.
• Damage caused by an incorrect air/fuel ratio, improper calibration, unauthorized programming, or operating without a required tune is not covered.

• Normal wear, maintenance, or consumable components
• Improper installation or failure to follow instructions
• Incorrect tuning, clutch setup, or belt break-in
• Misuse, neglect, impact, collision, rollover, or crash damage
• Unauthorized modification, welding, cutting, or repair
• Damage caused by incompatible aftermarket components
• Normal exhaust discoloration, bluing, finish changes, or packing deterioration caused by heat and use
• Customer preference regarding exhaust sound, tone, pitch, or volume

An abnormal rattle, broken internal component, failed weld, or similar manufacturing concern may still be submitted for inspection.

Internal engine performance parts, custom-built products, and designated competition products are final sale after installation, modification, or use.

This does not eliminate any written warranty expressly stated on the applicable product page. If an apparent manufacturing defect is found, stop installation or operation and contact Trinity Racing immediately.

Products purchased directly from Trinity Racing may be requested for return within 90 days of delivery.

To qualify, the product must be:

• New, unused, and uninstalled
• Unmodified and free of damage
• Complete with all hardware and components
• Returned in its original, resalable packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase and an approved RMA

Approved non-warranty returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 20%, depending on product condition, packaging, missing components, and handling required.

Final-Sale Products

Installed products, used exhaust systems, custom or special-order products, clearance items marked final sale, and installed internal engine components cannot be returned for preference, sound, or fitment changes.

1. Complete the online warranty claim before shipping anything.
2. Include your receipt, part number, vehicle year/make/model, photos or video, and relevant installation or tuning information.
3. Trinity Racing may troubleshoot the issue or request additional information before issuing an RMA.
4. If a return is required, clearly mark the RMA number and the word RETURN on the outside of the package.
5. The product must be received within {{ rma_window }} of the RMA issue date.

• Non-warranty return shipping and original shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
• Unless Trinity Racing provides a prepaid label, the customer is responsible for shipping a warranty product to Trinity Racing.
• For an approved warranty claim, Trinity Racing will cover standard outbound shipping for the repaired or replacement product within the contiguous United States.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, normally within 5–10 business days.
• Labor, installation, removal, tuning, towing, storage, vehicle downtime, rental expense, and loss-of-use costs are not reimbursed.

Inspect your order before installation. Report missing components, visible shipping damage, or an incorrect product within 5 business days of delivery.

Do not install or operate a damaged or incorrect product. Keep the original packaging and send photos of the product, box, shipping label, and damage so Trinity Racing can resolve the issue.

Product legality varies by vehicle, location, and intended use. The emissions designation and use restrictions shown on each product page control.

Products identified as competition-use-only are intended only for lawful closed-course competition and may not be legal for public-road or public-land use. The purchaser is responsible for understanding and following all applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
